Customer Service Representative (Remote)
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer support and assistance to clients. The duties include:
Compensation Range:
$43,000 – $45,000; At Prime Water Oceanfront, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues they may have.
Communicating with clients via phone, email, or chat to provide information about the company’s services and products.
Entering data into the company’s database and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Providing support to the sales team by following up with clients and providing them with information about the company’s products and services.
Performing administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services in order to provide accurate information to clients.
Collaborating with other members of the customer service team to ensure that all clients receive the best possible service
